SHIPPING POLICY

At Horse Dazzle, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the shipping of products purchased through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [5] business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after [3 PM] will be processed the next business day.

  • If we experience any delays in processing your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping location. Total shipping cost for the customer to pay will be displayed at checkout.

3. Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to all U.S. states and territories via USPS, FedEx, or UPS at Horse Dazzle’s discretion.

  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do offer international shipping. If international shipping is available:

    • Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Service Interruptions

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Holidays or high shipping volumes

In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email with updated shipping information.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete such as including Unit, Suite, Apartment, or Lot Number.  Horse Dazzle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@HorseDazzle.com

8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@HorseDazzle.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
